Board of Directors Meeting Minutes 2007

On February 10, 2007, at the Bird Dog Museum in Grand Junction, TN, the
Brittany Field Trial Hall of Fame directors held a special meeting at
which the following items were approved:

1. A dog must be deceased for at least one year at the time nominations
begin on May 1 of each year. *

2. All ballots submitted by the election committee to the secretary are
secret and it is the responsibility of the secretary to insure that they
remain secret.

3. Membership (election committee members) in the BFTHF is restricted to
one person per household.

* This new requirement would make our hall of fame more consistent with
the other breeds and their nomination timeframes and requirements.
However, this rule will be reviewed at the board meeting in February 2008
and either made permanent or rescinded.

Mary Crawford
Corresponding Secretary BFTHF
